Dr. Ibrahima Diallo, PT, MPT, DPT
Owner and Director of services, Dr. Ibrahima Diallo, PT, MPT, DPT first envisioned the need for an independent physical therapy practice that is different in its patient care values, and patient care outcomes; attentiveness, integrity, effectiveness and efficiency, while he was a student in Physical Therapy School. Dr. Diallo graduated from the University of Maryland, Eastern Shore, where he received his baccalaureate and masters degrees, and then Widener University, where he earned his doctoral degree. He was trained at both Harbor Hospital and Mercy hospital in Baltimore, Maryland.
He received further training at various outpatient physical rehabilitation clinics in the Washington, DC metropolitan area with an increased focus on adult and geriatric rehabilitation. Dr. Diallo, continued his career path over the years in adult and geriatric physical therapy. In 2001, he decided to implement his long-term vision when he started his independent physical therapy practice, providing very efficient but attentive, and effective physical therapy services to his patients in the Washington, DC area, at home and at various assisted living facilities.
As the need arose to continue the rehabilitation progress for his patients, he decided to open doors to his outpatient clients to instill the maximum independence that his clients continue to demand, consequence of chronic musculoskeletal and neuro-orthopedic dysfunctions that impact the adult and geriatric population with age. Dr. Diallo's practice has evolved over the years to effectively provide treatment for various maladies and dysfunctions, patient education seminars, and wellness programs at his Greenbelt, Maryland Clinic. His state-of-the-art practice, in Greenbelt, provides courteous, friendly, professional and flexible effective rehabilitation programs to suit his clients.
Dr. Diallo is a local resident of Maryland and resides in Upper Marlboro, Maryland with his wife and three kids.
Mrs. Hawa Barry, Director of Human Resources and Billing Services
Mrs. Diallo has been a key player in the business development at EZ Rehab Solutions since its inception Eight years ago. Her talents in office management and computers assured us the expertise to properly manage our resources for a secured company growth. She is a certified medical billing specialist, with an educational background in business management, currently pursuing a degree in health Care management.
Outside of the Office she is a mentor to young girls and a community activist, constantly encouraging, teaching and instilling leadership values in the young girls that she has been mentoring. She enjoys swimming, playing tennis, and taking care of her family.
Mrs. Diallo is the loving spouse of Dr. Ibrahima Diallo and resides in Upper Marlboro, Maryland with her family.
Patricia Gordon, Office Manager & Marketing Director
She enjoys representing EZ Rehab within the community, building relationships, and creating fun and interesting marketing opportunities. Ms. Gordon has a background in nursing and medical practice management, with an emphasis in home health, geriatric care management, and caring for the terminally ill.
As a mother and caregiver to her mentally disabled sister, she developed a passion to help heal, nurture, & teaches by providing support and compassion to patients and family members who are going through difficult times. Ms. Gordon is a lifelong advocate for the mentally disabled.
Outside the clinic, Ms. Gordon enjoys having a great time laughing with family and friends, and discussing politics, news, and entertainment. She loves dancing and listening to classical music. She has a Black Belt in Martial Arts, has been a professional classical dancer, modeling and etiquette instructor.
Yasmin Guzman, Medical Assistant/Front Desk
Ms. Guzman has had a wonderful 7 year career as a Medical Receptionist. She recently completed a Medical Billing Certification course, and is looking forward to providing this expertise in her work.
Outside of the office, she keeps very busy as the Mother of 4 children! She loves spending time with family and friends. As an avid sports fan, her hobbies include baseball, football, basketball, and soccer.
She has always had a passion to help people and enjoys working in the medical field.
Mamadou Kolon Diallo, PT Aide
Kolon, (as he likes to be referred to) recently graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Maryland, Eastern Shore, with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Rehabilitative Services.
His goal is to become a successful Physical Therapist. An avid reader, his hobbies also include running, swimming, and basketball.
Cenet Baur, PT Aide
Cenet graduated from physical therapy school in Germany with focus in manual therapy and sports physical therapy. Ms. Baur relocated to the U.S with her military husband in 2007 and presently resides in Silver Spring, Maryland. She is currently studying for her Maryland PT boards and working with us as a physical therapy aide until she receives her license as a physical therapist. Her interest is sports physical therapy, biking and sports.
